O(A) profissional será responsável por participar ativamente em todas as fases do ciclo de vida do desenvolvimento de software, desde a concepção e design até a implementação, testes, entrega e sustentação. Terá papel fundamental na modernização dos processos, utilizando ferramentas de IA para acelerar e otimizar as entregas dentro de metodologias ágeis.

Área de Formação: Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas relacionadas.

Responsabilidades: ● Participar ativamente de reuniões técnicas e de negócio, contribuindo com insights e soluções. ● Aplicar metodologias ágeis integradas ao uso de Inteligência Artificial como SDD (Specification-Driven Development / Desenvolvimento Orientado a Especificações) para traduzir requisitos em arquitetura e código de forma eficiente. ● Desenvolvimento de soluções em .NET C#. ● Desenvolvimento de Integrações com soluções internas e externas. ● Utilizar assistentes de IA e ferramentas generativas para otimizar a criação de código, refatoração, cobertura de testes e code reviews. ● Acompanhar e tirar dúvidas dos usuários durante o processo de homologação. ● Suporte/sustentação das soluções elaboradas. ● Geração de documentação automatizada ou assistida por IA (Manuais e procedimentos de trabalho). ● Forte comprometimento com datas e entregas de valor contínuo.

Qualificações: ● Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento de software. ● Proficiência em desenvolvimento com: ○ C#, MVC, Angular ○ SQL Server (Procedure, Function, Triggers, Views) ○ JavaScript, jQuery ○ MVC - Bootstrap ○ Web API, Web Service, WCF ● Sólido conhecimento em Domain-Driven Design (DDD). ● Experiência com camada de persistência ORM (Dapper). ● Experiência com DevOps (Git/TFS - Azure DevOps).

Competências: ● Desenvolvimento Ágil com IA: Habilidade prática na utilização de Inteligência Artificial como SDD (Specification-Driven Development) no ciclo ágil, criando prompts arquitetônicos e especificações claras para geração, análise e validação de software.

● Excelentes habilidades analíticas e conceituais, com capacidade de resolver problemas complexos. ● Fortes habilidades didáticas, com capacidade de explicar conceitos técnicos de forma clara e acessível, tanto para humanos quanto na construção de contexto para modelos de IA. ● Objetividade, fluência verbal e escrita, e postura profissional. ● Excelentes habilidades de relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe multidisciplinar. ● Alta capacidade de concentração, iniciativa, organização, planejamento e proatividade. ● Forte senso de comprometimento e capacidade de tomar decisões eficazes baseadas em dados.

Diferenciais: ● Conhecimento avançado na integração de APIs de LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) em soluções corporativas. ● Conhecimento em cloud Azure. ● Forte vivência anterior em frameworks ágeis (Scrum, Kanban). ● Certificações relevantes na área de desenvolvimento de software ou Cloud/IA. ● Conhecimento em aplicações conteinerizadas (Docker/Kubernetes). ● Experiência com tecnologias de mensageria (RabbitMQ ou similares).
