A Mazzatech busca um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Sênior para atuar em uma empresa de grande porte do segmento de saúde, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento, modernização e sustentação de sistemas corporativos.

Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência técnica, autonomia para conduzir projetos e capacidade de propor soluções que tragam eficiência, estabilidade e inovação aos processos de negócio.

A posição também envolve a aplicação de Inteligência Artificial Generativa, integração entre sistemas e atuação como referência técnica para outros desenvolvedores.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Desenvolver, evoluir e sustentar aplicações e sistemas corporativos.
  • Participar da definição de arquiteturas e soluções técnicas.
  • Desenvolver novas funcionalidades, integrações e melhorias sistêmicas.
  • Atuar na análise e resolução de incidentes, garantindo estabilidade e cumprimento dos SLAs.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria junto às áreas de negócio.
  • Desenvolver soluções utilizando Inteligência Artificial Generativa.
  • Apoiar tecnicamente desenvolvedores juniores e plenos, disseminando boas práticas de desenvolvimento.
  • Participar de projetos de modernização tecnológica e adequações regulatórias.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de sistemas corporativos.
  • Experiência com tecnologias como Node.js, .NET, C#, ASP.NET, React ou Angular.
  • Conhecimento em bancos de dados SQL Server ou Oracle, incluindo desenvolvimento de scripts e consultas SQL.
  • Experiência com Azure DevOps e processos de desenvolvimento, testes e homologação.
  • Experiência prática na construção de soluções corporativas utilizando IA Generativa, incluindo agentes de IA, RAG e integração com LLMs.
  • Conhecimento de boas práticas de arquitetura, integrações, segurança e qualidade de software.
  • Experiência com sustentação de sistemas e resolução de incidentes em ambientes corporativos.
  • Experiência com o protocolo FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources).

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em projetos para hospitais, clínicas, operadoras de saúde ou empresas do setor.
  • Conhecimento em interoperabilidade e integração de sistemas de saúde.
  • Experiência com observabilidade, avaliação de respostas de LLMs, controle de custos e governança de IA.
  • Vivência como referência técnica ou na mentoria de desenvolvedores.
