Coordenador(a) de GRC – Segurança da Informação

Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência em Governança, Riscos e Compliance (GRC) em Segurança da Informação, com capacidade de liderança, visão estratégica e atuação em ambientes regulados.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de GRC, definindo prioridades, acompanhando entregas e promovendo o desenvolvimento técnico e profissional dos colaboradores.
  • Gerenciar e aprimorar políticas, normas e procedimentos de Segurança da Informação, garantindo revisões periódicas, aprovações e comunicação.
  • Conduzir a gestão de riscos cibernéticos, incluindo identificação, avaliação, tratamento e monitoramento, mantendo o registro de riscos (Risk Register) e os indicadores de risco (KRIs) atualizados.
  • Assegurar a conformidade com as regulamentações e os requisitos aplicáveis, incluindo LGPD, ANPD e normas do Banco Central do Brasil (BCB).
  • Coordenar auditorias internas, externas e regulatórias, acompanhando evidências, apontamentos e planos de ação até sua conclusão.
  • Monitorar continuamente os controles de segurança e avaliar a maturidade do programa com base em frameworks como NIST CSF 2.0 e ISO 27001.
  • Estruturar e conduzir a gestão de riscos de terceiros (TPRM), incluindo due diligence, classificação de riscos e acompanhamento de planos de remediação.
  • Elaborar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), indicadores de risco (KRIs) e reportes executivos para a diretoria e os comitês.
  • Coordenar iniciativas de conscientização e fortalecimento da cultura de Segurança da Informação.
  • Coordenar a revisão, atualização e realização de testes do Plano de Recuperação de Desastres (DRP).

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Sólida experiência em GRC de Segurança da Informação.
  • Experiência na liderança de pessoas, coordenação de equipes ou gestão de projetos de GRC.
  • Experiência prática em gestão de riscos, incluindo Risk Register, tratamento de riscos e definição de KRIs.
  • Conhecimento dos frameworks e normas NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, ISO 27005 ou ISO 31000 e CIS Controls.
  • Conhecimento das regulamentações do Banco Central do Brasil.
  • Experiência na condução de auditorias e no gerenciamento de planos de ação.
  • Experiência em gestão de riscos de terceiros.
  • Excelente comunicação e capacidade de traduzir temas técnicos e regulatórios em linguagem de negócio para diferentes níveis da organização.

Diferenciais

  • Certificações como CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer ou CDPSE.
  • Experiência com SOC 2 ou PCI DSS.
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de GRC e workflow, como ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust ou Halo.
  • Experiência nos setores financeiro ou de pagamentos, ou em ambientes sujeitos a regulamentações específicas.
  • Inglês avançado.
