Aufgaben:

Du übernimmst als Senior Projektleiter Bau (d/m/w) die Leitung der Bauprojekte im Geschäftsbereich Unternehmerparks auf Bauherrenseite.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen u.a.

  • Unterstützung der Produktweiterentwicklung entlang der Business-Development-Strategie von Metroloq
  • Unterstützung des Transaktionsmanagements durch Grundlagenermittlung im Rahmen technischer und baurechtlicher Grundstücksprüfung
  • Erarbeitung technischer und wirtschaftlicher Optimierungspotenziale sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Standards und der Business-Strategie der Unternehmerparks
  • Übernahme der Leitung, Steuerung und Überwachung der weiteren Planungsprozesse (Architekten/Fachplaner) ab Leistungsphase 0 (HOAI)
  • Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsunterlagen für Städte und Kommunen zur Unterstützung der Akquisition
  • Entwicklung projektspezifischer Vergabestrategien unter Berücksichtigung der Bauvergabeprozesse
  • Leitung und Koordination interner sowie externer Projektteams
  • Überwachung der bauausführenden Firmen hinsichtlich Termine, Kosten und Qualitäten
  • Technisches Projektcontrolling sowie Steuerung aller sich in Planung oder Bau befindlichen Objekte
  • Sicherstellung der technischen und wirtschaftlichen Projektziele und des Projekterfolgs
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung zu Kosten- und Terminstatus

Qualifikationen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur oder Bauingenieurwesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei einem Bauträger, Architekturbüro oder Generalunternehmer
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Projektteams
  • Wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Logistik, Light Industrial oder modulares Bauen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht (VOB, BGB, HOAI)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Unternehmerisch geprägte, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungssicherheit
  • Teamorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit strukturierter, selbständiger und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft, schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ausgeprägte Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Engagement
