Aufgaben:

Wir suchen Dich zur Unterstützung unseres Teams Vermietungsmanagement. Zu den Zielen der Position gehören:

  • Vermietung von Bestandsimmobilien, insbesondere Wohn- und Gewerbeflächen
  • Reduzierung von Leerständen durch aktive Vermietung und Nutzung von Marktmietpotenzialen
  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Beziehungen zu Ankermietern sowie Maklern

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Vermietung von Wohn- und Gewerbeflächen sowie ganzheitliche Steuerung des Vermietungsprozesses
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung objektspezifischer Vermietungsstrategien zur nachhaltigen Positionierung und Auslastung der Immobilien
  • Eigenständige Steuerung der Vermarktungsmaßnahmen, einschließlich Online-Vermarktung, Vor-Ort-Werbung und Erstellung hochwertiger Exposés
  • Verhandlung und Abschluss von Mietverträgen mit Mietern und Entscheidungsträgern
  • Mietvertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement einschließlich Überwachung von Laufzeiten, Optionen und Verlängerungen
  • Optimierung bestehender gewerblicher Mietverhältnisse durch Verhandlung und Abschluss geeigneter Vertragsanpassungen und Nachträge
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Mieterbindung und langfristigen Sicherung bestehender Mietverhältnisse
  • Aktive Betreuung und Pflege relevanter Geschäftskontakte, insbesondere zu Ankermietern, Bestands- und Interessenten sowie Maklern

Qualifikationen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung / Fortbildung / Studium im Immobilienbereich
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Nachvollziehbarer Track-Record / Berufserfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Immobilienvermietung, auch bei der Vermietung gewerblicher Flächen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der lokalen Marktverhältnisse
  • Stark ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Denken und Organisationstalent
  • Gutes Networking, stark ausgeprägte Interaktions- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Starke Zielstrebigkeit und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit Propstack oder ähnlichen CRM-Systemen wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ausgeprägte Affinität zu digitalen Tools und Prozessen sowie
