Aufgaben:

Wir suchen Dich zur Unterstützung unseres Teams. Deine Hauptaufgaben sind u.a.:

  • Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Vermietungsteams
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Exposés sowie Aktualisierung und Pflege der Immobilienangebote in diversen Portalen
  • Ansprechpartner/in für die Immobilienportale
  • Research für die Mietpreisfindung
  • Unterstützung beim Mietermanagement
  • Kommunikation und Betreuung von Kunden, Interessenten und Partnern
  • Koordination und Vorbereitung von Besichtigungsterminen
  • Vertragsmanagement und allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei Marktforschung und Objektakquise
  • Erstellen von Reports und Analysen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen

Qualifikationen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Immobilienbereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche oder als Vermietungsassistenz/-koordinator/in von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Immobilienverwaltungssoftware
  • Hohe digitale Prägung
  • Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld
