Aufgaben:

  • Entdecke Deine Möglichkeiten - denn das Traineeprogramm wird maßgeschneidert für Dich zusammengestellt. Wir haben den Anspruch, individuelle Talente und Fähigkeiten, die Du bereits im Studium, Praktikum und Beruf erworben hast, zu fördern und Dich zu einem erfolgreichen Spezialisten zu entwickeln.
  • Wir bieten Dir vielfältige Schwerpunkte. Du die Möglichkeit, in drei bis vier Abteilungen unseres Unternehmens aktiv mitzuarbeiten. Dabei lernst Du operative Aufgaben kennen und kannst auch Einblicke in die strategische Ent­wicklung des Unternehmens gewinnen.
  • Dein Profil ist bei uns gefragt. Insbesondere Absolventinnen und Absolventen wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher, technischer oder juristischer Studiengänge bzw. Ausbildungen gepaart mit Interesse an der Immobilienbranche finden bei uns ideale Voraussetzungen, um ihre Perspektiven einzubringen und weiterzuentwickeln – wir finden das Passende für Dich.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung in Projekten und bei Sonderaufgaben der Geschäfts­führung.
  • Wir fördern Dich intensiv. Während des gesamten Traineeprogramms baust Du Deine fachliche Expertise und fachübergreifende Kompetenzen aus. Unterstützung erhältst Du dabei von der Traineebeauftragten, die Dich durch das Programm begleitet, sowie Deinem Mentor, einem Mitglied des Managementteams.

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Green Building, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurswesen, Architektur, Finanzen, Controlling, Jura, Immobilienökonomie o.ä.
  • Du hast dein Masterstudium bis zum Programmstart erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder nach deinem Bachelorstudium schon erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt wie z.B. durch eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Praktika mit entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikationen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Mut, Bestehendes in Frage zu stellen
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Ehrgeiz und Motivation, etwas zu bewegen und Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Ausgeprägte Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft sowie Eigenverantwortung
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Multitasking-Fähigkeiten, d.h. gleichzeitige, effiziente und zielorientierte Mitarbeit an mehreren Projekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
