Busquem un/a Administratiu/va (Alt Empordà)

T'agradaria incorporar-te a una empresa familiar consolidada, referent dins del sector turístic, que aposta per la professionalització, l'estabilitat i el desenvolupament del seu equip?

Estem cercant un/a Administratiu/va per incorporar-se al departament d'Administració (finances i persones) d'una empresa amb una llarga trajectòria i en un moment de renovació i creixement. Formaràs part d'un equip proper i col·laboratiu, on tindràs un paper clau en la gestió administrativa i comptable del dia a dia.

Treballaràs estretament amb l'equip d'Administració (àrea de comptabilitat - finances + àrea de Recursos Humans - Relacions Laborals) i amb la gestoria externa, desenvolupant un lloc de treball estable dins d'un grup empresarial que ofereix continuïtat, flexibilitat horària i un bon ambient de treball.

Quines seran les teves responsabilitats?

  • Gestionar les tasques comptables habituals de l'empresa.
  • Registrar i controlar factures emeses i rebudes.
  • Realitzar conciliacions bancàries i donar suport en el control de la tresoreria.
  • Coordinar-te amb la gestoria externa en matèria comptable, fiscal i laboral.
  • Donar suport en els tancaments comptables periòdics i en el tancament mensual de nòmina.
  • Col·laborar en les diferents tasques administratives del departament de Recursos Humans.

Què busquem?

  • Formació de CFGS en Administració i Finances o equivalent.
  • Experiència prèvia en comptabilitat i gestió administrativa.
  • Persona organitzada, metòdica i amb capacitat per treballar amb rigor i confidencialitat.
  • Bon domini d'eines ofimàtiques, especialment Excel.
  • Capacitat de treball en equip i bona actitud.

Es valorarà positivament:

  • Experiència treballant amb gestories externes.
  • Coneixements de SAGE 200 o altres programes de gestió comptable.
  • Experiència en empreses del sector turístic, hostaleria o altres entorns amb activitat estacional.
