Busquem un/a Terapeuta Ocupacional especialitzat/da en Pediatria

Vols treballar en una ortopèdia de referència a Barcelona (Sarrià - Sant Gervasi), especialitzada en pediatria i atenció precoç, amb més de 35 anys de trajectòria i un tracte molt proper amb l'equip i els pacients?

Reportaràs directament a gerència i treballaràs colze a colze amb la tècnica de pediatria, amb qui et repartiràs les zones de la província. Sense persones a càrrec.

¿Què faràs?

La teva missió serà valorar les necessitats pediàtriques de cada pacient, decidir i adaptar el producte ortopèdic més adequat, vendre'l, assessorar les famílies sobre subvencions i ajudes públiques, i establir relació amb prescriptors del sector.

  • Valorar necessitats de pacients pediàtrics, al punt de venda i a domicili.
  • Cercar i seleccionar el producte o ajuda tècnica adaptat a cada cas (catàleg i internet).
  • Adaptar i ajustar productes de forma creativa, amb suport de taller quan calgui.
  • Assessorar sobre subvencions i ajudes públiques per a l'adquisició de producte.
  • Fer visites de prospecció a domicilis, centres i col·legis.
  • Establir i mantenir relació comercial amb metges especialistes, col·legis, fisioterapeutes i centres de rehabilitació.
  • Desplaçar-te amb furgoneta d'empresa per a valoracions, lliuraments i ajustos.
  • Gestionar la facturació associada a la teva activitat.

¿Què busquem?

Que tinguis la titulació de Terapeuta Ocupacional, Tècnic/a Ortopèdic/a, Tècnic/a Ortoprotèsic/a o Fisioterapeuta (es valorarà postgrau en pediatria).

  • Que comptis amb un mínim de 3 anys d'experiència professional (no necessàriament en ortopèdia).
  • Que dominis català, castellà i anglès tècnic (per a fitxes de producte).
  • Que disposis de carnet de conduir i estiguis disponible per desplaçar-te amb furgoneta d'empresa per la província de Barcelona.
  • Que siguis una persona amb alta vocació de servei, pacient, resolutiva i autònoma.
  • Que et sentis còmode/a amb tasques manuals i creatives d'adaptació de producte, i no tinguis problema a carregar pes o fer esforç físic.

¿Què oferim?

  • Contracte indefinit.
  • Horari de 9h a 18h de dilluns a divendres (1h per dinar).
  • Salari fix de 25.000-32.000 € bruts anuals + comissions per venda (OTE orientatiu de fins a 45.000 € un cop consolidada la cartera de clients).
  • Furgoneta d'empresa per als desplaçaments.
  • Incorporació a un equip reduït, estable i amb un tracte molt proper.
  • Possibilitat de creixement transversal: ampliació de coneixement de producte i autonomia comercial.
