Busquem un/a Tècnic de RRLL (Girona)

Vols treballar en una assessoria consolidada de Girona, amb estabilitat, flexibilitat horària i molt bon ambient de treball? Degut al creixement sostingut del departament laboral i a l’increment del volum de clients gestionats, estem cercant un/a Assessor/a Laboral Junior per incorporar-se a l'equip d'aquesta àrea.

La persona incorporada gestionarà l'administració de personal de la cartera de clients assignada al seu equip de treball. Per a fer-ho, comptarà amb el suport de la Cap del Departament, els assessors laborals sènior i els administratius especialitzats.

La teva missió serà garantir una correcta gestió laboral dels clients assignats, assegurant rigor tècnic, qualitat de servei i una progressiva autonomia en la gestió de l'àrea laboral de cada client assignat.

Entre les principals funcions que desenvoluparàs, destaquen:

  • Gestió laboral de les empreses clients (veuràs tot el cicle de nòmina).
  • Aplicació de convenis colectius.
  • Elaboració i revisió de nòmines, contractes i moviments de Seguretat Social.
  • Suport técnic al client (o resolució directa) de tot tipus d’incidències i casuística relacionades amb el personal: IT's, sancions, excedències, jubilacions, acomiadaments...
  • Coordinació amb la resta de departaments de l’assessoria.

Què busquem?

Busquem una persona dinàmica, rigorosa i organitzada, amb vocació de servei i interés per créixer professionalment com a assessor/a de RRLL.

Ens agradarà que:

  • Comptis amb experiència prèvia en administració laboral, gestió de nòmines o assessoria laboral.
  • Tinguis coneixements pràctics demostrables sobre contractació d'empleats, gestions amb la Seguretat Social, aplicació de convenis col.lectius / Estatut del Treballador.
  • Dominis eines com A3NOM i/o SAGE.
  • Comptis amb Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior Administració o bé amb formació universitària en Relacions Laborals, Administració i Dirección d'Empreses, Ciències del Treball o equivalent.
  • Dominis perfectament català i castellà.
