Busquem un/a Responsable d’Unitat de negoci (sector immobiliari)

T’agradaria liderar una oficina immobiliària consolidada a la Costa Brava i formar part d’un projecte estable amb recorregut professional?

Estem cercant un/a Responsable d’Oficina per assumir la gestió comercial d’una oficina ubicada a Palafrugell, amb l’objectiu de potenciar la captació de producte i el tancament d’operacions de compravenda.

Reportant directament al CEO del grup empresarial, seràs la persona responsable de liderar l’activitat comercial de l’oficina, gestionant les oportunitats de negoci i acompanyant clients i propietaris durant tot el procés de compravenda.

Treballaràs amb el suport dels diferents serveis centrals de l’organització, que s’encarreguen de les tasques administratives, comptables i de màrqueting, perquè puguis focalitzar-te principalment en l’activitat comercial.

Quines seran les teves responsabilitats?

  • Captació activa d’immobles.
  • Comercialització i venda de propietats.
  • Realització de visites comercials.
  • Assessorament a propietaris i compradors.
  • Negociació i tancament d’operacions.
  • Seguiment integral del procés de compravenda.
  • Coordinació de contractes d’arres i documentació associada.
  • Relació amb notaries i altres agents implicats en les operacions.
  • Prospecció comercial i desenvolupament de noves oportunitats de negoci.
  • Coordinació amb la resta d’àrees de l’empresa per garantir una excel·lent experiència al client.

Què busquem?

  • Experiència prèvia en el sector immobiliari.
  • Experiència demostrable en captació de producte i venda d’immobles.
  • Perfil comercial, orientat a objectius i acostumat a treballar amb autonomia.
  • Capacitat de negociació i habilitats relacionals.
  • Bon coneixement del mercat immobiliari de la zona.
  • Domini de català i castellà.
  • Nivell mig o alt d’anglès o francès.
  • Persona proactiva, resolutiva i amb iniciativa.
