Buscamos un/a Manager de Operaciones (Logística)

¿Quieres liderar las operaciones de un centro logístico altamente automatizado en la provincia de Girona, dentro de un grupo industrial multinacional con presencia en más de 50 países?

Buscamos incorporar esta posición para reforzar el equipo directivo de operaciones del centro.

Reportarás a la dirección del site y te coordinarás con los departamentos de planificación, calidad y atención al cliente. Liderarás a un equipo de mandos intermedios que gestionan entre 75 y 80 personas por turno.

Tu misión será garantizar que todo el flujo operativo del turno funcione de forma coordinada, cumpliendo los objetivos de productividad y calidad marcados por la organización.

Funciones principales:

  • Gestionar y priorizar los recursos humanos y materiales del turno.
  • Hacer seguimiento de los KPIs de productividad y calidad.
  • Coordinar con planificación la distribución de la carga de trabajo diaria.
  • Liderar y desarrollar a un equipo de mandos intermedios.
  • Tomar decisiones operativas de forma continua, con una visión global de la actividad y los flujos.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de procedimientos de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación superior, preferentemente en ingeniería
  • Experiencia gestionando mandos intermedios y grandes equipos de trabajo.
  • Interés por consolidar carrera en el ámbito de Supply Chain, Cadena de suministro, sistemas de almacenaje automatizados o gestión de flujos de mercancías.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje para absorber una operativa compleja.
  • Tolerancia a la presión, capacidad de liderazgo y habilidades comunicativas.
