Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Objetivo del puesto

Diseñar, construir e implementar soluciones tecnológicas basadas en software e inteligencia artificial que generen valor de negocio para los clientes, participando desde la definición del problema hasta su puesta en producción y adopción.

Responsabilidades principales 1. Desarrollo e implementación de soluciones • Diseñar y desarrollar aplicaciones y servicios utilizando herramientas modernas de desarrollo e IA. • Integrar sistemas internos y externos mediante APIs, bases de datos y servicios empresariales. • Participar en la puesta en producción y estabilización de las soluciones. 2. Inteligencia Artificial Aplicada • Implementar soluciones basadas en LLMs, RAG y agentes de IA. • Diseñar procesos de evaluación, monitoreo y mejora continua de soluciones de IA. • Garantizar prácticas básicas de seguridad y gobernanza de IA. 3. Arquitectura y nube • Diseñar arquitecturas escalables en entornos cloud. • Participar en la automatización de infraestructura mediante Infrastructure as Code. • Colaborar en procesos de CI/CD, observabilidad y buenas prácticas operativas. 4. Relación con clientes • Participar en sesiones de descubrimiento para entender procesos y objetivos de negocio. • Traducir necesidades del cliente en soluciones técnicas viables. • Presentar avances, resultados y propuestas de mejora de forma clara y ejecutiva. 5. Entrega de valor • Trabajar con métricas de negocio y adopción. • Asegurar que las soluciones implementadas generen resultados medibles. • Documentar y reutilizar componentes, plantillas y buenas prácticas. ________________________________________ Experiencia requerida • Entre 5 y 8 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software. • Participación en proyectos implementados en producción. • Experiencia en integración de sistemas empresariales. • Conocimiento práctico de plataformas de IA Generativa. • Experiencia en al menos un sector relevante: telecomunicaciones, servicios financieros o educación. • Experiencia trabajando directamente con clientes. ________________________________________ Competencias técnicas Requeridas • Python. • APIs REST. • SQL y modelado de datos. • Git y prácticas de desarrollo colaborativo. • Fundamentos de nube (Azure, AWS o GCP). • CI/CD. • Docker y contenedores. • Fundamentos de LLMs, RAG y agentes. Deseables • Terraform o herramientas de IaC. • Kubernetes. • Arquitectura empresarial. • FinOps y observabilidad. • Seguridad aplicada a IA. ________________________________________ Competencias de liderazgo • Comunicación efectiva con clientes. • Resolución de problemas ambiguos. • Capacidad de aprendizaje continuo. • Pensamiento analítico orientado a negocio. • Ownership y responsabilidad por resultados. • Trabajo colaborativo con equipos multidisciplinarios. ________________________________________ Inglés • Inglés conversacional y profesional (B2-C1). • Capacidad para participar en reuniones técnicas y preparar documentación en inglés. ________________________________________ Lo que NO es el rol • No es un Project Manager. • No es un Arquitecto puro. • No es un DevOps especializado. • No es un Data Scientist. • No es un consultor estratégico. • No es solamente un desarrollador senior. Es un ingeniero de soluciones con fuerte orientación a negocio, nube e IA, capaz de acompañar al cliente desde la idea hasta la adopción de la solución.
