Buscamos integrar a :

Representante Comercial Bilingüe, orientado(a) a resultados, con experiencia en prospección comercial y generación de oportunidades de negocio. Buscamos profesionales con una fuerte vocación comercial, mentalidad competitiva y capacidad para desarrollar relaciones con clientes potenciales dentro de un entorno dinámico y de alto desempeño.

Principales responsabilidades Desarrollar estrategias de prospección para identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio. Construir y administrar un pipeline sólido de ventas. Generar reuniones calificadas y oportunidades comerciales para los equipos de ventas. Detectar oportunidades de upselling y cross-selling, canalizándolas con las áreas correspondientes. Cumplir y superar objetivos mensuales y anuales de desempeño comercial. Alcanzar métricas diarias de contacto, seguimiento y generación de oportunidades. Participar activamente en sesiones de coaching y desarrollo profesional. Mantener información precisa y actualizada de clientes y actividades dentro de Salesforce CRM. Gestionar de manera efectiva la comunicación con prospectos y clientes potenciales. Perfil que buscamos Experiencia Licenciatura concluida o experiencia profesional equivalente. Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en posiciones relacionadas con: Ventas telefónicas (B2C). Cold Calling. Retención de clientes. Cobranza y recuperación de cartera. Desarrollo de negocio o generación de demanda.
