Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un(a) Project Manager con experiencia liderando iniciativas estratégicas de transformación empresarial, gestión de programas complejos y modernización tecnológica. Esta posición está orientada a profesionales que destacan en entornos globales, matriciales y multifuncionales, con la capacidad de conectar la estrategia de negocio con la ejecución operativa.

El reto principal será liderar proyectos de alto impacto enfocados en la simplificación, estandarización y modernización de procesos y sistemas comerciales, impulsando la eficiencia operativa, la experiencia del cliente y el crecimiento escalable de la organización.

Principales responsabilidades Liderar proyectos estratégicos desde su definición hasta su implementación, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de negocio y resultados medibles. Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders de diferentes áreas para garantizar la alineación y ejecución exitosa de iniciativas complejas. Traducir objetivos estratégicos en planes de trabajo concretos, administrando alcance, presupuesto, cronogramas, riesgos y beneficios esperados. Impulsar iniciativas de simplificación, estandarización y optimización de procesos con enfoque en automatización y transformación digital. Supervisar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) relacionados con eficiencia operativa, calidad, experiencia del cliente e impacto financiero. Promover una cultura de colaboración, responsabilidad, mejora continua y orientación a resultados. Garantizar que los proyectos cumplan con estándares corporativos, políticas internas y lineamientos tecnológicos establecidos. Gestionar programas que involucren múltiples áreas funcionales, plataformas tecnológicas y procesos de negocio.

Perfil que buscamos

Formación Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería, Tecnología, Sistemas, Negocios o áreas afines. Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos (PMP, Scrum, Agile, PRINCE2 o similares) serán consideradas un plus. Experiencia Más de 4 años de experiencia progresiva en gestión de proyectos. Experiencia comprobable liderando proyectos estratégicos dentro de programas corporativos de gran escala. Trayectoria en organizaciones globales, con estructuras matriciales y múltiples grupos de interés. Participación en iniciativas de transformación de procesos, implementación de sistemas o modernización tecnológica. Experiencia trabajando con metodologías Agile, Waterfall o modelos híbridos.
