Estamos realizando la búsqueda de un(a) Lead AI Engineer con sólida experiencia en desarrollo backend y construcción de soluciones impulsadas por Inteligencia Artificial. Buscamos profesionales con perfil técnico senior, capaces de liderar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de plataformas escalables que integren modelos de lenguaje (LLMs), automatización inteligente y arquitecturas modernas basadas en la nube.

Esta posición representa una excelente oportunidad para integrarse a un equipo de alto nivel que combina la velocidad de innovación de una startup con el respaldo y alcance global de una organización líder en tecnología e información.

Principales responsabilidades Desarrollo de soluciones basadas en IA Diseñar y desarrollar plataformas backend para productos nativos de IA enfocados en procesos contables, fiscales y de auditoría. Implementar servicios escalables que soporten agentes de inteligencia artificial, automatización de flujos de trabajo y experiencias generativas. Integrar modelos de lenguaje (LLMs) y plataformas de IA de proveedores como OpenAI, Anthropic y tecnologías similares. Construir APIs y servicios que soporten interacciones en tiempo real entre usuarios y sistemas de IA.

Arquitectura y escalabilidad

Diseñar arquitecturas robustas, seguras y altamente escalables para entornos de producción. Garantizar altos estándares de rendimiento, disponibilidad y confiabilidad. Optimizar sistemas capaces de procesar millones de documentos e interacciones impulsadas por inteligencia artificial. Participar en decisiones estratégicas de arquitectura, diseño de APIs y modelos de datos.

Liderazgo técnico

Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios compuestos por ingenieros de software, especialistas en IA, científicos de datos y equipos de producto. Gestionar proyectos de gran alcance y liderar iniciativas tecnológicas críticas para la organización. Impulsar una cultura de innovación, experimentación y mejora continua. Participar en procesos de atracción, evaluación y desarrollo de talento tecnológico. Fungir como mentor técnico para ingenieros de distintos niveles de experiencia.

Perfil que buscamos Formación académica Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software o disciplinas afines. Experiencia equivalente altamente relevante también será considerada. Experiencia requerida Entre 6 y 8 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend y construcción de aplicaciones empresariales escalables. Experiencia comprobable desarrollando APIs y servicios en producción. Trayectoria en diseño de software, arquitectura de sistemas distribuidos y plataformas cloud. Participación directa en productos tecnológicos de alta disponibilidad y gran escala.
