Buscamos um(a) Analista de Governança de Dados para atuar em iniciativas de Governança de Dados em nível corporativo, contribuindo para a definição e manutenção de políticas, padrões e processos de gestão de dados. O profissional terá atuação próxima às áreas de negócio e tecnologia, com foco em Catálogo de Dados, metadados, Data Lineage, Data Quality e gestão de Domínios de Dados, além de experiência com Databricks e Unity Catalog.

Qual será a sua missão:

  • Liderar iniciativas de Governança de Dados em nível corporativo;
  • Definir e manter políticas, padrões e processos de gestão de dados;
  • Estruturar e gerenciar domínios de dados em parceria com áreas de negócio e tecnologia;
  • Administrar e promover a adoção do Catálogo de Dados corporativo;
  • Gerenciar metadados, glossário de negócios e linhagem de dados (Data Lineage);
  • Atuar na definição e acompanhamento de indicadores de qualidade de dados;
  • Garantir a correta classificação e catalogação dos ativos de dados;
  • Coordenar atividades junto a Data Owners, Data Stewards e equipes técnicas;
  • Apoiar iniciativas relacionadas à conformidade regulatória e proteção de dados;
  • Disseminar a cultura de Governança de Dados na organização;
  • Demais rotinas da área.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Experiência comprovada em Governança de Dados;
  • Conhecimento avançado em Databricks;
  • Experiência prática com Unity Catalog;
  • Conhecimento sólido do framework DAMA-DMBOK e sua aplicação em ambientes corporativos;
  • Experiência na definição e gestão de Domínios de Dados;
  • Experiência com Catálogo de Dados, gestão de metadados e glossário de negócios;
  • Conhecimento de Data Lineage, Data Quality e Data Stewardship;
  • Vivência em ambientes de dados corporativos e plataformas analíticas em nuvem;
  • Conhecimento de modelagem e arquitetura de dados;
  • Capacidade de interação com áreas de negócio, arquitetura, engenharia de dados e analytics;
  • Visão estratégica sobre gestão e governança de dados;
  • Excelente comunicação e capacidade de influência;
  • Perfil colaborativo para atuação em ambientes multidisciplinares;
  • Organização, senso de priorização e autonomia;
  • Capacidade de conduzir workshops e treinamentos relacionados à Governança de Dados.

Diferenciais:

  • Certificações Databricks;
  • Certificação CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional);
  • Experiência com ferramentas complementares de Data Quality e Metadata Management;
  • Conhecimento em LGPD e privacidade de dados;
  • Experiência em programas de Data Mesh ou Data Products.

🌎 Idioma:

  • Inglês Básico a Intermediário.

Local: Híbrido em São Bernardo do Campo - SP (até 2x por semana no bairro Demarchi, próximo a Ferrazópolis)
