Além disso, oferecemos suporte aos usuários para facilitar o uso de softwares essenciais, como sistema operacional, e-mail e acesso à internet, garantindo uma experiência tranquila e eficiente.

Qual será a sua missão:

  • Desenvolvimento de Projetos envolvendo equipamentos e software com aplicações em áreas de iluminação pública, segurança, gerenciamento remoto, Inteligência Artificial, etc;
  • Interface com parceiros nacionais e internacionais;
  • Interface com áreas internas da empresa;
  • Instalar, configurar e executar manutenção preventiva e corretiva nos recursos de TI;
  • Treinar as equipes de usuários no uso adequado dos softwares básicos, visando assegurar que elas estejam preparadas adequadamente para o desempenho de suas atividades;
  • Fornecer suporte técnico ao usuário na utilização dos recursos de TI disponíveis na empresa;
  • Atender os chamados de suporte quanto aos problemas de hardware e software básico;
  • Criar e manter controles específicos da utilização dos recursos de TI, monitorando disponibilidade dos serviços e apontando usos indevidos;
  • Organizar e ministrar cursos de reciclagem dos usuários no uso dos recursos de TI;
  • Executar a manutenção de toda a documentação de processos da área de TI;
  • Orientar e auxiliar o usuário no uso dos recursos de TI, apoiando as atividades do Gerente de TI;
  • Manter contato com os fornecedores de recursos de TI para levantar custos, negociar e adquirir soluções, sob orientação e aprovação da gerência de TI;
  • Demais rotinas da área.

O que você precisa ter?

  • Formado ou cursando último ano em Informática, telecomunicações ou processamento de dados.
  • Experiência na execução de projetos de rede de médio porte;
  • Conhecimentos em Segurança de rede para tráfego de dados;
  • Sólida experiência com pacote Office (Word, Excel);
  • Domínio dos protocolos de rede: TCP/IP, WEB services, DNS server, DHCP services, HTTP services;
  • Sólidos conhecimentos de configuração e troubleshooting (solução de problemas) relacionados à infraestrutura de redes IP (roteadores, switches, servidores, etc) em tecnologias de LAN, WAN e WLAN (SD-WAN desejável);
  • Experiência em sistemas de monitoramento inteligente utilizando câmeras IP e respectiva plataforma de software com inteligência artificial;
  • Procedimentos da área de TI;
  • Disponibilidade para viagem;
  • Conhecimentos em Inteligência Artificial (IA);
  • Habilitação para dirigir: CNH tipo B;
  • Iniciativa na solução de problemas e capacidade de entregar resultados sem supervisão;
  • Capacidade de execução multi-tarefa;
  • Gestão de pessoas com foco no resultado.
