Buscamos um(a) Arquiteto de Soluções para liderar o desenho de soluções SAP S/4HANA, em uma função que combina arquitetura de soluções em contato com clientes e participação na definição do produto.

Qual será a sua missão?

  • Liderar o desenho de soluções S/4HANA em conversões brownfield para Private Cloud e implantações greenfield em Public Cloud, incluindo fit-to-standard, clean core, extensibilidade, estratégia de ambientes e integrações;
  • Conduzir workshops de fit-to-standard e desenho de soluções, sustentando as decisões necessárias para manter os programas viáveis e executáveis;
  • Definir como a plataforma da Luzid representa escopo, template global, configuração, entregáveis e as dependências entre esses elementos;
  • Aplicar disciplina de PMO ao produto e aos projetos: marcos de aprovação por fase, implantação em múltiplas ondas, gestão RAID, cutover, hypercare e relatórios ao comitê executivo;
  • Definir critérios de qualidade para especificações, justificativas de configuração e roteiros de teste gerados pela plataforma, incluindo formas de comprovar a qualidade da inteligência artificial;
  • Trabalhar com engenharia na aplicação de inteligência artificial à extração de configurações, geração de testes, análise de impactos e documentação SAP;
  • Definir com gestão de produto requisitos e critérios de aceite e verificar se a solução resiste às exigências de programas reais;
  • Orientar consultores de soluções e engenheiros e estabelecer princípios de arquitetura duradouros;
  • Demais rotinas da área.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Sólida experiência com arquitetura de soluções, consultoria funcional ou em PMO;
  • Experiência liderando programas S/4HANA de ponta a ponta, incluindo marcos do SAP Activate, estruturação e estimativa de trabalho, controle de escopo e mudanças, RAID, governança de múltiplos fornecedores e equipes offshore, cutover e hypercare;
  • Compreensão da responsabilidade pela arquitetura completa de soluções: módulos centrais, template global, fit-to-standard, clean core, extensibilidade com BTP, CAP e RAP, e integrações por IDoc, BAPI, OData, CPI e Datasphere;
  • Experiência em modelos de conversão brownfield para Private Cloud no contexto de RISE with SAP e implantação greenfield em Public Cloud com aplicação real de fit-to-standard;
  • Participação em implantações globais, com múltiplos países e entidades, governança de template global e equipes distribuídas em diferentes fusos;
  • Segurança técnica e comunicação para conduzir workshops, revisões de arquitetura, discussões sobre modelo de implantação e conversas com executivos dos clientes;
  • Responsabilidade por especificações funcionais e técnicas, documentação de configurações, desenho de processos e estratégia de testes.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência tanto em empresa de produto quanto em integradora e visão clara das escolhas entre brownfield e greenfield e entre Private e Public Cloud;
  • Conhecimento setorial em manufatura, bens de consumo, ciências da vida, varejo ou logística;
  • Vivência com SAP Activate, Signavio, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, Tricentis ou Worksoft;
  • Certificações SAP Certified Solution Architect, PMP, PRINCE2 ou TOGAF;
  • Experiência prática com ferramentas de inteligência artificial, arquitetura de nuvem em escala com AWS, Azure ou GCP e normas como SOX, GxP e GDPR.
