Qual será a sua missão?

  • Atuar na implantação dos módulos de Folha de Pagamento, Ponto, Benefícios, Recrutamento e Seleção, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Avaliação de Desempenho e Cargos e Salários;
  • Revisar demandas e priorizar tarefas do dia;
  • Parametrizar módulos, testar configurações e validar resultados;
  • Atender dúvidas complexas de usuários e resolver problemas críticos;
  • Mapear processos do cliente, propor melhorias e otimizações;
  • Conduzir treinamentos e produzir ou atualizar manuais e documentações;
  • Validar integrações com outros sistemas, gerar relatórios e garantir qualidade dos dados;
  • Demais rotinas da área.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Sólida experiência atuando com TOTVS RM;
  • Experiência em implantação dos módulos de RH: Folha de Pagamento, Ponto, Benefícios, Recrutamento e Seleção, Treinamento e Desenvolvimento, Avaliação de Desempenho e Cargos e Salários;
  • Capacidade de identificar impactos e propor soluções para empresas;
  • Habilidade para comunicação e interação com clientes e equipes internas.

Contratação: PJ

Prazo: 21 meses - com possibilidade de prorrogação

Local: Presencial em São Paulo - SP (Avenida Rebouças, 353 – Bela Vista, São Paulo/SP)

OBS: A atuação será fulltime presencial até janeiro e depois 3x na semana (hibrido)
