Buscamos profissionais com experiência em Operação e Administração de bancos de dados em ambientes críticos, com alta capacidade técnica e autonomia.

Qual será sua missão:

  • Administração e operação de bancos de dados em ambientes produtivos críticos;
  • Monitoramento de performance, disponibilidade e capacidade;
  • Troubleshooting avançado em cenários de alta complexidade;
  • Gestão de backup, recovery, failover e disaster recovery;
  • Otimização de performance e tuning de consultas;
  • Administração de segurança, usuários e permissões;
  • Análise de logs, sessões e comportamento dos bancos de dados;
  • Interação com equipes de aplicações, middleware e infraestrutura;
  • Execução de mudanças controladas e tarefas operacionais;
  • Documentação de processos, incidentes e soluções (runbooks / KB);
  • Participação em iniciativas de melhoria contínua;
  • Administração avançada de Oracle DatabaseExperiência em ambientes on-premise e/ou cloud (OCI);
  • Demais rotinas da área.

O que você precisa ter:

  • Sólida experiência em operações de TI ou administração de bancos de dados;
  • Experiência em gestão de incidentes em produção;
  • Experiência em plataformas de alta transacionalidade;
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em Linux/Unix, incluindo administração, troubleshooting, análise de logs e processos;
  • Experiência com Oracle Database, Redis e/ou MongoDB, conforme o perfil de atuação;
  • Conhecimentos em SQL tuning e otimização de consultas;
  • Conhecimentos em alta disponibilidade, clustering, failover e disaster recovery;
  • Conhecimentos em observabilidade e monitoramento, como Dynatrace, Grafana e Prometheus;
  • Conhecimentos em ServiceNow e ITIL, especialmente gestão de incidentes, problemas e mudanças;
  • Experiência em ambientes críticos e de alta disponibilidade;
  • Conhecimentos técnicos em: Oracle: DataGuard, RAC, RMAN, Exadata, AWR, ADDM e análise de wait events; Redis: replicação, clustering, memory tuning e troubleshooting em ambientes distribuídos; MongoDB: clusters, sharding, replica sets, performance e alta disponibilidade; SQL Server: administração, operação, performance tuning, troubleshooting, disponibilidade e recovery; Outros motores: PostgreSQL, IBM Db2 e Hazelcast;
  • Graduação completa.

Diferenciais:

  • Automação com Shell Script ou Python;
  • Experiência em Cloud (AWS, Azure ou OCI);
  • Conhecimentos em Kubernetes e containers;
  • Experiência em observabilidade avançada;
  • Atuação em ambientes críticos e suporte 24x7;
  • Conhecimentos de DevOps;
  • Conhecimentos em modelagem de dados;
  • Experiência com documentação operacional;
  • Certificações: Oracle, Cloud, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis, ITIL ou observabilidade/monitoramento.
