Du möchtest moderne Websites nicht nur technisch umsetzen, sondern aktiv dazu beitragen, unsere Sichtbarkeit, Reichweite und Leadgenerierung weiter auszubauen? Dann werde als Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Teil unseres Teams Leads & Sales bei der neumeier AG, dem SAP- & DATEV-Partner. Bei uns gestaltest Du unsere digitale Präsenz mit moderner Webentwicklung und KI-Technologien aktiv mit.

  • Entwicklung, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Websites und Landingpages mit HTML, CSS und JavaScript
  • Nutzung moderner KI-Tools wie ChatGPT oder Claude zur effizienten Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Websites
  • Betreuung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Websites (u. a. neumeier-edv.de, systemhaus.one, teamwork365.de) sowie unserer Web- und Marketing-Plattformen (z. B. HubSpot, OctoberCMS, Kajabi)
  • Steigerung unserer Online-Sichtbarkeit durch SEO-, AEO- und Performance-Optimierungen (z. B. Struktur, Inhalte, Ladezeiten)
  • Conversion-Optimierung unserer Websites und Landingpages zur gezielten Leadgenerierung
  • Projektleitung bei der Neugestaltung aller Websites der neumeier AG inkl. Bewertung neuer Technologien wie WordPress oder Webflow
  • Unterstützung des Marketing-Teams bei Creatives, Werbematerialien, Produktmarketing und Leadmanagement sowie Vertretung bei Abwesenheiten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, E-Commerce, Medieninformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Online Marketing bzw. Digital Marketing, idealerweise auch in der Projektleitung von Webprojekten
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Optimierung von Websites und Landingpages mit gutem Gespür für Design und Benutzerfreundlichkeit (UX)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS und JavaScript
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SEO (Suchmaschinenoptimierung) und AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
  • Begeisterung für KI-Tools und neue Technologien sowie sicherer Umgang mit ChatGPT, Claude & Co.
  • Erfahrung mit CMS- und Marketing-Plattformen (z. B. HubSpot, OctoberCMS, Kajabi) von Vorteil – falls nicht, arbeiten wir Dich gezielt ein
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, eigene Ideen einzubringen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
