Als Teamassistenz unterstützt Du unser Team DATEV Consulting & Factorial im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei der Organisation und Begleitung unserer Kundenprojekte. Unser Team unterstützt Unternehmen bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Prozesse - von der Einführung moderner DATEV-Lösungen bis hin zur Implementierung der HR-Software Factorial. Mit Deinem Organisationstalent sorgst Du dafür, dass Termine, Schulungen, Angebote und Projekte reibungslos ablaufen.

Dabei bist Du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Beraterinnen und Beratern, unseren Kunden sowie internen Ansprechpersonen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unser Team DATEV Consulting & Factorial im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst organisatorische sowie administrative Aufgaben
  • Du koordinierst Termine, Meetings und Projektabläufe und unterstützt bei der Organisation unserer Kundenprojekte
  • Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden bei organisatorischen Anliegen und bearbeitest telefonische sowie schriftliche Anfragen
  • Du planst und organisierst Schulungen, Webinare, Workshops sowie Veranstaltungen und DATEV-Events
  • Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Einführung von DATEV-Lösungen sowie der HR Software Factorial bei unseren Kunden und übernimmst dabei die organisatorische Vorbereitung, Koordination und Nachbereitung der Projekte

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z.B. im Büromanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Teamassistenz, Büroorganisation, Kundenbetreuung, im Office Management oder in der Projektassistenz ist von Vorteil
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick
  • Du kommunizierst freundlich, serviceorientiert und professionell - telefonisch ebenso wie schriftlich
  • Du gehst sicher mit den gängigen Micosoft-365-Anwendungen um
  • Teamgeist, Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
