Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle, wenn es bei unseren Kunden mal hakt. Du erklärst auch komplizierte Technik so, dass sie verständlich wird? Für unseren Standort Nürnberg suchen wir Dich als IT-Support-Spezialist (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden - per Telefon, Ticketsystem und Remote-Zugriff. Du bearbeitest Anfragen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support schnell, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Du analysierst und behebst Störungen in Windows Client- und Server-Umgebungen, Microsoft 365 und Netzwerken eigenständig oder gemeinsam mit dem Team
  • Du dokumentierst Lösungen sauber im Ticketsystem und trägst damit aktiv zum Aufbau und zur Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Wissensdatenbank bei
  • Du unterstützt bei Rollouts, Hardware-Bereitstellung und kleineren Migrationen - bei Bedarf auch vor Ort bei Kunden in der Metropolregion Nürnberg
  • Du koordinierst komplexere Anfragen mit unseren Fachabteilung und stellst sicher, dass sie strukturiert weiterbearbeitet werden

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenen IT-Ausbildung, z.B. als Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration, oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und Active Directory sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
  • Eine ruhige, freundliche und lösungsorientierte Art, sowie ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung - auch wenn es bei Kunden einmal stressig wird
  • Interesse daran, neue Technologien und Themenbereiche kennenzulernen und sich in diese einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und Freude an der Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
  • Führerschein Klasse B für gelegentliche Termine bei Kunden vor Ort
