Microsoft 365 ist für Dich mehr als E-Mail und Teams - Du siehst das ganze Potenzial für Kollaboration, Security und Automatisierung? Für unseren Standort Nürnberg suchen wir einen Technical Microsoft 365 Consultant (m/w/d), der unsere Kunden von der Analyse bis zum Rollout begleitet und unser M365-Consulting-Angebot vor Ort aktiv mit aufbaut.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du berätst unsere Kunden zu Microsoft 365 - von Exchange Online und Microsoft Teams über SharePoint und OneDrive bis hin zu Microsoft Intune und Security-Themen wie Microsoft Entra ID und Conditional Access
  • Du analysierst bestehende Kundenumgebungen, entwickelst Migrations- und Einführungskonzepte und setzt diese technisch um
  • Du übernimmst die technische Projektverantwortung für M365 Rollouts - von der Lizenzierung und den Sicherheitskonzepten bis zur Begleitung von Change-Prozessen beim Kunden
  • Du entwickelst bestehende Konzepte und Lösungen kontinuierlich weiter und bringst Deine eigenen Ideen ein
  • Du gibst Dein Wissen intern weiter und baust unser M365-Consulting-Angebot am Standort Nürnberg aktiv mit auf

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung und technische Umsetzung von Microsoft-365-Projekten
  • Fundiertes Kenntnisse der folgenden Bereiche: Exchange-Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Security
  • Erfahrung mit Migrationen, Rollouts und der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Microsoft-365-Umgebungen
  • Microsoft-Zertifizierungen, z.B. MS-100 / MS-101 oder vergleichbare Microsoft-Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Themen mit IT-Verantwortlichen, Administratoren und Fachabteilungen auf Augenhöhe zu besprechen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln
  • Führerschein Klasse B für gelegentliche Kundentermine in Nürnberg und der Region
