Für unsere Finanzbuchhaltung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Unterstützung in Teilzeit.

Du übernimmst vielfältige und verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Durchführung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Bearbeitung komplexer Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen sowie vorbereitende Tätigkeiten zum Jahresabschluss nach HGB
  • Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Themen, insbesondere Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und weiteren steuerrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Klärung und Abstimmung von Sachkonten sowie Debitoren- und Kreditorenkonten
  • Verantwortung für die Buchung und Überwachung von Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von buchhalterischen Prozessen und internen Kontrollen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder Bilanzbuchhalter/in
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie Kenntnisse in der Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Tiefgehendes Wissen im deutschen Steuerrecht, insbesondere im Bereich Umsatzsteuer
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel), sowie Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungssoftware (z.B. SAP Business One)
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und präzise Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Dich aktiv in unser Team einzubringen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und ein gutes Gespür für Details runden Dein Profil ab
