Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren internen Teams und den Kunden übernimmst Du eine wichtige Rolle in der Koordination unserer IT-Abteilung. Du sorgst dafür, dass Anfragen reibungslos bearbeitet werden und hast immer den Überblick über anstehende Aufgaben und Termine.

Auf Dich warten spannende Aufgaben:

  • Du stehst im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Kunden und Kollegen – sowohl telefonisch als auch schriftlich – und unterstützt bei organisatorischen sowie grundlegenden technischen Anliegen.
  • Du erfasst und qualifizierst Serviceanfragen in unserem Ticketsystem und sorgst dafür, dass diese effizient bearbeitet werden.
  • Du planst und koordinierst Techniker-Einsätze, zum Beispiel bei Updates, Störungen oder Vor-Ort-Terminen.
  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Verfolgung von Projekten und Aufgaben im IT-Systemhaus.
  • Auch bei der Vorbereitung von Schulungen, Updates und Veranstaltungen packst Du tatkräftig mit an.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich.
  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt.
  • Du bringst Interesse und ein Verständnis für IT-Themen mit – technisches Know-how ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Mit den Microsoft Office Programmen bist Du bestens vertraut.
  • Du kommunizierst gerne, zuverlässig und auf den Punkt.
  • Organisation ist Deine Stärke, und Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
  • Teamarbeit und der Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen bereiten Dir Freude.
