Responsabilidades

  • Analisar e mapear Customer Journeys e Service Journeys, identificando necessidades dos clientes, pontos de fricção, constrangimentos operacionais e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Compreender processos de negócio, modelos operacionais e necessidades funcionais, identificando oportunidades de otimização e transformação dos serviços;
  • Desenhar, estruturar e otimizar serviços e experiências end-to-end, assegurando o alinhamento entre as necessidades dos clientes, os objetivos de negócio e a viabilidade operacional e tecnológica;
  • Desenvolver artefactos de Service Design, nomeadamente Service Blueprints, Customer Journey Maps, Personas e User Flows;
  • Analisar requisitos de negócio e colaborar com stakeholders na identificação de desafios, prioridades e objetivos estratégicos;
  • Planear e conduzir atividades de User Research, incluindo entrevistas, workshops e sessões de co-criação;
  • Transformar insights de utilizadores e stakeholders em propostas de valor e soluções concretas, centradas no cliente e alinhadas com os objetivos do negócio;
  • Facilitar workshops, sessões de ideação e dinâmicas de co-criação com diferentes áreas de negócio e equipas multidisciplinares;
  • Colaborar com equipas de Business, Product, UX/UI e Technology na definição e implementação de soluções;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria de processos, eficiência operacional e experiência do cliente;
  • Desenvolver protótipos e apoiar a validação de conceitos através de testes com utilizadores;
  • Contribuir para a definição e evolução de serviços e produtos digitais;
  • Comunicar insights, recomendações e propostas de solução de forma clara e estruturada junto de diferentes stakeholders.

Requisitos

  • Entre 3 e 5 anos de experiência profissional em Service Design, Business Design, Business Analysis, UX Design, Product Design ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência em projetos de transformação digital, melhoria de processos ou desenho e otimização de serviços;
  • Conhecimento de processos de negócio e capacidade para compreender necessidades funcionais, desafios operacionais e objetivos estratégicos;
  • Experiência em contexto de negócio, preferencialmente no setor financeiro, nomeadamente Banca;
  • Experiência prática na aplicação de metodologias e frameworks de Service Design;
  • Experiência no mapeamento de Customer Journeys e desenvolvimento de Service Blueprints;
  • Conhecimentos de User Research, Design Thinking e metodologias de co-criação;
  • Experiência na preparação e facilitação de workshops e sessões de ideação;
  • Capacidade de recolher, analisar e traduzir requisitos de negócio em propostas de melhoria e soluções centradas no cliente;
  • Experiência de trabalho em ambientes Agile/Scrum;
  • Conhecimentos de ferramentas de design e colaboração, como Figma, Miro ou similares;
  • Capacidade de análise, pensamento crítico e resolução de problemas;
  • Facilidade de comunicação e interação com diferentes stakeholders e equipas multidisciplinares;
  • Bons conhecimentos de inglês, oral e escrito.

Valorizamos também

  • Experiência em projetos no setor financeiro, preferencialmente Banca;
  • Conhecimento de processos bancários, produtos e serviços financeiros e respetivas jornadas de cliente;
  • Experiência em projetos de transformação de processos e modelos operacionais em instituições financeiras;
  • Capacidade de articular perspetivas de negócio, experiência do cliente e tecnologia na definição de soluções.
