1. 2027届获得研究生及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数据安全等相关专业 2. 对智能体安全、harness工程等前沿技术有一定实践和研究，有大模型理论基础 3. 有强烈的技术好奇心，有良好的协同、沟通、理解业务的能力，擅长利用所学知识解决实际问题
