1. 负责智能制造领域机器人相关技术研发、方案设计与落地调试，涵盖工业机器人、人形机器人的结构优化、运动控制、功能迭代等相关工作，保障机器人设备稳定运行与场景适配； 2. 承担机器视觉系统的方案设计、算法适配、程序开发及现场调试工作，结合智能制造生产场景，实现视觉检测、定位、识别、分拣等核心功能落地； 3. 参与机器人、机器视觉相关新项目的需求调研、可行性分析、技术方案输出，跟进项目全流程开发、测试、迭代及问题优化，保障项目按期交付； 4. 负责现有智能制造设备、机器人系统的技术升级、故障排查、性能优化、车型迭代，提升生产自动化、智能化水平； 5. 跟进行业前沿的人形机器人、工业智能视觉、智能制造自动化技术，沉淀技术经验，优化现有技术体系，助力产品技术迭代升级； 6. 完成团队安排的其他任务。

1. 机械工程、智能制造工程、机械电子、自动化等相关专业，本科及以上学历，扎实掌握机械结构设计、智能制造原理、自动化控制等专业基础知识； 2. 熟悉机器视觉核心原理，了解工业相机、镜头、光源等视觉硬件选型，掌握视觉算法适配、图像预处理、特征识别等相关技术，能够结合生产场景完成视觉方案落地； 3. 熟练掌握Python、C++、C#等主流编程语言，熟悉Halcon、OpenCV等视觉开发工具者优先； 能接受高强度工作节奏；
