1、 负责公司新车型及改款车型的总装同步工程分析工作，包括总装模块化分析、通过性分析、工艺分析、人机工程分析、经济性分析等； 2、 负责制定总装整体及各模块制造策略、制造需求（MR）以及make&buy清单，协调产品，质量，物流，生产，采购等部门评估和制定最优的工程工艺方案，并开展落地实施工作； 3、 负责总装新车型项目及改款车型项目的工装预算制定、采购、设计开发及验证交付工作； 4、 负责规划和编制总装新车型项目及改款车型项目中的全生命周期内的生产工艺，包括产品级工艺、工位级工位以及SOS/JES/MDS等工艺文件，确保高效高质量的工艺方案的实施； 5、 负责在项目各节点编制PFMEA、CP文件，用于支持试制及批量生产工作； 6、 负责总装Qcos清单及验证方案制定，并推进完成静态扭矩输出； 7、 负责整车开发过程中总装相关产品设计变更提出、跟踪、批复和流程交接工作； 8、 负责整车开发流程中各种总装制造问题的解决； 9、 支持总装BEC优化改善及目标达成工作。

专业要求：机械，制造相关专业，有一定的机械和电器知识。英语4级以上，能熟练掌握听说读写； 良好的沟通能力和优异的团队合作精神； 面对新事物有挑战精神，学习能力强； 能接受不定期的出差
