¿Te motiva dar un salto decisivo en tu carrera técnica y aprender en uno de los entornos industriales más exigentes y dinámicos del país? En OCA Global trabajamos con un propósito claro: hacer del mundo un lugar más seguro, eficiente y sostenible garantizando la fiabilidad de las instalaciones críticas.

Buscamos incorporar 8 Inspectores/as Mecánicos/as para sumarse a un proyecto de gran envergadura durante la próxima parada técnica de una de las principales compañías del sector petroquímico en Tarragona (duración prevista desde tu incorporación inmediata hasta finales de enero / febrero). Además, este reto no termina con la parada: hasta 4 de estas posiciones contarán con un plan de continuidad real para incorporarse a nuestra plantilla indefinida.

Tus Misiones en el Proyecto

  • Inspeccionar y verificar recipientes a presión, sistemas de tuberías y equipos mecánicos críticos en planta, contrastando su estado con la normativa reglamentaria aplicable.
  • Elaborar informes técnicos de campo y actas reglamentarias con rigor y claridad, documentando los hallazgos y proponiendo soluciones viables para aportar total tranquilidad técnica al cliente y a las autoridades competentes, consolidando tu capacidad analítica.
  • Coordinarte activamente con los equipos de ingeniería y mantenimiento del complejo industrial durante el desarrollo de la parada, asegurando que las intervenciones se ejecuten bajo los máximos estándares de calidad y seguridad reglamentaria, experimentando el ritmo real de los proyectos de gran impacto.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Formación técnica especializada: Grado o Ingeniería Técnica (Mecánica, Industrial o similar) o bien Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior (CFGS en Mecatrónica Industrial o Química Industrial). Es la base que te permitirá interpretar planos, comprender el comportamiento de los materiales y asimilar la normativa de seguridad industrial.
  • Conocimientos en Recipientes a Presión: Valoraremos de forma muy positiva si cuentas con formación específica en inspección y reparación de equipos a presión, ya que te facilitará intervenir directamente en los activos clave de la parada.
  • Experiencia en sector industrial: Aunque valoramos favorablemente contar con experiencia previa en planta o inspección, si eres un perfil junior con ganas de aprender y formarte a pie de campo, contarás con el respaldo y la tutoría de nuestro equipo sénior.
  • Curiosidad técnica y proactividad: Rigor por el detalle técnico, ganas de resolver retos en equipo y actitud de mejora continua.

  • Dinámica de Trabajo y Turnos (El Reto Industrial): Fase previa a la parada: Incorporación inmediata con horario intensivo de 07:00 a 15:00 h para tu preparación y formación en planta. Durante la parada: Inmersión total con turnos rotativos de 12 horas (incluyendo turnos de noche). Trabajaremos en bloques intensivos de hasta 3 semanas continuas.
  • Plan de Carrera y Estabilidad Futura: La parada es tu puerta de entrada. Hasta 4 inspectores/as tendrán la oportunidad de integrarse a la plantilla fija de OCA Global: Como inspector/a residente en el propio complejo petroquímico (si el encaje es óptimo para ti y para el cliente). O bien incorporándote como inspector/a mecánico/a reglamentario en nuestras delegaciones de Tarragona o Lleida.
