Como Técnico/a de Certificaciones de Producto Agroalimentario, te unirás al departamento de Explotación Agroalimentaria para convertirte en el motor de referencia técnica en esquemas del sector primario (DOPs, IGPs, SAE, Etiquetados Facultativos y más). Tu rol no consistirá únicamente en auditar o gestionar expedientes, sino en abrir camino a nuevas certificaciones y acreditaciones, garantizando que el alimento que llega a miles de familias cumpla con los estándares más exigentes de calidad y seguridad.

🎯 ¿Cuáles serán tus misiones principales?

  • Liderar el control y mantenimiento técnico: Garantizar la excelencia operacional y el mantenimiento de las acreditaciones activas de la compañía en normas del sector primario para dar máxima fiabilidad a nuestras certificaciones.
  • Impulsar nuevas acreditaciones y esquemas: Ser la referencia técnica encargada de abrir paso a nuevas normas, auditando y coordinando los expedientes para conseguir sus respectivas acreditaciones y ampliar el alcance de OCA Global.
  • Capacitar y dar soporte al equipo: Ofrecer un soporte técnico de alto nivel tanto a los auditores en campo como al equipo comercial, participando en jornadas e interviniendo en visitas técnico-comerciales estratégicas para aportar rigor e impulsar operaciones.
  • Fomentar el crecimiento del área: Aportar tu visión experta para detectar oportunidades, proponer la entrada en nuevos esquemas y hacer crecer activamente la línea agroalimentaria.

💡 ¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Experiencia previa en el sector de la certificación: Conocimiento práctico de la parte técnica y operativa de normativas agroalimentarias (especialmente SAE para exportación, Etiquetados Facultativos, Denominaciones de Origen Protegidas e Indicaciones Geográficas Protegidas) para entender los desafíos reales de las empresas alimentarias.
  • Solvencia y autonomía técnica: Experiencia previa en entidades de certificación, consultorías o inspección que te permita desenvolverte con soltura y tomar decisiones fundamentadas desde el primer día.
  • Visión orientada a la resolución de problemas: Capacidad de respuesta ante incidencias técnicas, rigor en la gestión documental y habilidades comunicativas/formativas para guiar a auditores y clientes con claridad.
  • Dominio lingüístico: Dominio completo del castellano para gestionar normativas y expedientes.
  • Movilidad: Disposición para realizar desplazamientos o visitas de acompañamiento en casos excepcionales (disponer de carnet de conducir y vehículo propio es aconsejable).
