Como Jefe/a de Sección de la Instalaciones de Elevación tu misión y propósito en OCA Global

Reportando directamente al Delegado de Zona, tu misión principal será liderar, coordinar y hacer crecer la sección asignada. No solo gestionarás operaciones y números; serás la persona referente encargada de garantizar que cada inspección y control técnico cumpla con los máximos estándares de calidad y rigor normativo, protegiendo así la seguridad de las instalaciones y personas de nuestro entorno.

Tus Misiones e Impacto en el Día a Día

  • Liderar y desarrollar al equipo: Guiar, coordinar y acompañar al equipo técnico y administrativo en su día a día, promoviendo su desarrollo profesional y fomentando un ambiente colaborador y de alto rendimiento.
  • Garantizar la excelencia operativa y técnica: Supervisar las actividades de inspección y control técnico de la sección, asegurando el cumplimiento estricto de la regulación legal vigente y los estándares de calidad de OCA Global.
  • Gestionar la rentabilidad del negocio: Participar en la fijación de objetivos y controlar la cuenta de resultados económicos de la sección para asegurar su rentabilidad y eficiencia financiera.
  • Desarrollar el negocio y fidelizar clientes: Mantener una relación cercana y directa con la cartera de clientes, detectando nuevas oportunidades comerciales y representando a la marca ante el tejido empresarial local y organismos reguladores.
  • Planificar y optimizar recursos: Asignar con eficiencia los recursos técnicos y materiales para asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos y compromisos en cada proyecto.

¿Qué nos gustaría ver en tu perfil?

  • Titulación Universitaria en Ingeniería: Preferiblemente en el ámbito Industrial (Técnica o Superior), ya que te aportará la base técnica necesaria para comprender la normativa reglamentaria y respaldar con rigor técnico a tu equipo.
  • Experiencia de 4 a 6 años en el sector: Proveniente de Organismos de Control (OCA), empresas instaladoras, mantenedoras, Facility Services o entornos técnicos afines. Valoraremos muy positivamente si has sido Inspector/a técnico/a y buscas consolidar tu carrera en gestión.
  • Experiencia en gestión de equipos (2-3 años): Experiencia reciente liderando personas, porque tu capacidad para motivar y guiar al equipo será la clave del éxito operativo.
  • Visión comercial y orientación al cliente: Habilidad demostrada para dialogar con clientes y transmitir solvencia técnica con un enfoque orientado a negocio.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales: Fluidez en ofimática y plataformas de gestión documental para la supervisión y control diario.
  • Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazamientos puntuales: Necesario para visitar clientes, centros de trabajo y delegaciones cuando se requiera.
