Estamos en búsqueda de TU TALENTO, como Supervisor de HSE JR., para UBICACIÓN/ZONA: Silao, Guanajuato.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO:

1. Realizar el diagnóstico cotidiano de las condiciones de seguridad, higiene y medio ambiente en el sitio de trabajo. 2. Ejecutar procesos de inspección constante en los frentes de trabajo y supervisar que las instalaciones se realicen acorde a la ingeniería e instrucciones de la empresa. 3. Reconocer sensorial o instrumentalmente factores como ruido, iluminación, vibraciones, ventilación y manejo de sustancias químicas. 4. Identificar y vigilar el uso correcto del equipo de protección personal y colectivo; en caso de ser necesario, debe solicitar cambios al responsable de la contratista. 5. Aplicar conocimientos avanzados sobre seguridad en maquinaria y salud en el trabajo en el contexto de proyectos industriales. Identificación de peligros y evaluación de riesgos relacionados a Safety Machinery. 6. Asegurar la ejecución segura durante pruebas de comisionamiento

REQUISITOS:

1. Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia comprobable en el área de Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente (SHE). 2. Experiencia sólida en gestión y cumplimiento de SHE tanto en procesos constructivos como en procesos de manufactura (deseable en el sector alimenticio). 3. Conocimiento de la Legislación Oficial Mexicana en materia de Seguridad, Salud, Medio Ambiente y Construcción (especialmente normas de la STPS, SEMARNAT y LGEEPA). 4. Desarrollo de análisis de riesgos, evaluación de peligros en diversas actividades, investigación de accidentes y planes de respuesta a emergencias. 5. Conocimiento básico o aplicado de las normas ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.
