Objetivo del Puesto

Asegurar, mediante una supervisión técnica independiente, permanente y documentada, que la ejecución del Plan Integral de Mantenimiento de Activos de las plantas compresoras de Gas Natural y estaciones de bombeo de Líquidos de Gas Natural se realice de manera segura, oportuna y conforme con los requisitos técnicos, operacionales, HSE y contractuales.

Funciones Principales

  • Supervisión de Equipos Críticos: Supervisar en campo las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo, correctivo y emergencias en motores a gas natural, bombas para hidrocarburos, turbinas, compresores de gas, generadores, sistemas eléctricos e instrumentación y control.
  • Planificación y Control del PIMA: Validar permisos de trabajo (ATS/IPERC), órdenes de mantenimiento, disponibilidad de repuestos/recursos y hacer seguimiento al backlog y KPIs del plan de mantenimiento.
  • Seguridad y Control HSE: Aplicar la autoridad de parada (Stop Work) ante riesgos inminentes o pérdida de controles críticos, supervisando el cumplimiento de normas ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 y seguridad de procesos.
  • Pruebas y Retorno al Servicio: Evaluar diagnósticos de fallas, presenciar pruebas funcionales, calibraciones y alineamientos de equipos para recomendar formalmente su retorno al servicio.
  • Gestión Documental y Reportes: Elaborar y validar reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales de avance, evidencias fotográficas, lecciones aprendidas y asegurar el correcto cierre técnico de las órdenes de trabajo.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación: Bachiller en Ingeniería Mecánica, Mecánica-Eléctrica, Electromecánica, Industrial, Mecatrónica, Electrónica o Eléctrica.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 4 años de experiencia acreditada en supervisión, ejecución o gestión de mantenimiento en plantas industriales, equipos rotativos o instalaciones de transporte de hidrocarburos.
  • Conocimientos Clave: Motores a gas, bombas de hidrocarburos, turbinas, compresores y sistemas de control/instrumentación. Gestión de mantenimiento (PIMA, KPIs, backlog, análisis de fallas). Lectura e interpretación de planos y diagramas P&ID/mecánicos/eléctricos. Estándares HSE e ISO 9001, 14001 y 45001.
  • Conducción: Licencia A-I vigente
  • Disponibilidad: para trabajar bajo régimen en instalaciones remotas (Sierra/Selva) o en altura, y atención de emergencias.
