Objetivo del Puesto

Asegurar, mediante una supervisión técnica independiente, permanente y documentada, que la ejecución del Plan Integral de Mantenimiento de Activos (PIMA) y las atenciones de emergencia en el Sistema de Transporte por Ductos (STD) se realicen de manera segura, oportuna y conforme a los requisitos técnicos, operacionales, HSE y contractuales. Su propósito es preservar la integridad mecánica, disponibilidad y confiabilidad del ducto, derecho de vía e instalaciones de superficie.

Funciones Principales

  • Supervisión de Activos Lineales: Supervisar en campo mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y emergencias en ductos, derecho de vía, cruces, locaciones de válvulas, estaciones reguladoras/reductoras y sistemas de protección catódica.
  • Integridad y Protección Catódica: Verificar inspecciones, pruebas de aislamiento, lecturas de potenciales tubería-suelo, evaluación de revestimientos y conservación de tuberías y accesorios del STD.
  • Control de Planificación e Intervenciones: Validar permisos de trabajo, ATS/IPERC, procedimientos, interferencias, trabajos simultáneos (SIMOPS) y hacer seguimiento al cronograma del PIMA y backlog.
  • Seguridad y Parada de Trabajos: Garantizar el cumplimiento estricto de los estándares HSE y detener inmediatamente cualquier actividad ante un riesgo inminente o pérdida de controles críticos.
  • Reportabilidad y Trazabilidad: Elaborar informes diarios, semanales y de eventos críticos; asegurar la trazabilidad de la información técnica y el cierre técnico de órdenes de mantenimiento.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Formación: Bachiller en Ingeniería Mecánica-Eléctrica, Mecánica, Electromecánica, Industrial, Mecatrónica u afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 4 años de experiencia acreditada en supervisión, ejecución o gestión de mantenimiento de sistemas de transporte por ductos, activos lineales o instalaciones industriales asociadas.
  • Conocimientos Clave: Mantenimiento de activos lineales, válvulas, derecho de vía, señalización y cruces especiales. Fundamentos de corrosión y sistemas de protección catódica (corriente impresa / ánodos galvánicos). Gestión de mantenimiento (PIMA, KPIs, backlog, análisis de fallas). Permisos de trabajo, IPERC/ATS, ISO 9001, 14001 y 45001.
  • Herramientas: Microsoft 365 nivel usuario.
  • Conducción: Licencia A-I vigente
  • Disponibilidad: para trabajar bajo régimen en instalaciones remotas (Sierra/Selva) o en altura, y atención de emergencias.
