Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Machine Learning Especialista para atuar na concepção, desenvolvimento e execução de soluções complexas de Inteligência Artificial e Machine Learning, junto à um grande cliente da área de Birô de Crédito. Procuramos um profissional experiente, focado em alta performance, inovação e no desenvolvimento de equipes.

A posição exige Inglês Avançado para comunicação diária e atuação no modelo híbrido (2x por semana presencialmente em Barueri/SP).

O QUE ESSE PROFISSIONAL IRÁ FAZER?

  • Projetar e arquitetar sistemas complexos, escaláveis e manuteníveis para treinamento e execução de modelos de ML e IA, aplicando as melhores práticas do setor.
  • Definir projetos, escopo, visão técnica e roteiro para a equipe de engenheiros de machine learning, orientando a execução do início ao fim.
  • Atuar em todas as fases do ciclo de desenvolvimento (Análise, Projeto, Implantação e Monitoramento) de soluções de TI novas e existentes.
  • Contribuir com a geração e proteção de propriedade intelectual (patentes, divulgação de invenções, white papers e apresentações).
  • Elevar o nível técnico do time por meio de mentoria, alinhamento técnico, revisões de código (code review) e promoção das melhores práticas do Ciclo de Vida de Desenvolvimento de Software.
  • Colaborar estrategicamente com equipes de produto, arquitetura, engenharia de dados e executivos para identificar oportunidades e limitações de IA/ML alinhadas aos objetivos de negócio.
  • Graduação concluída em Ciência, Tecnologia, Engenharia ou Matemática (STEM) ou experiência profissional equivalente.
  • Experiência prática relacionada na área, com histórico comprovado de liderança técnica de equipes (MLE, Data Science, SDE ou DevOps).
  • Experiência consolidada no desenvolvimento ponta a ponta de modelos de ML (da idealização, ETL e modelagem até a implantação/orquestração em produção com foco em escalabilidade e confiabilidade).
  • Domínio em Análise de Big Data, Engenharia de Dados (desenvolvimento de ETL, integração, otimização de desempenho e processamento paralelo) e Cloud Computing.
  • Sólida base matemática para leitura, interpretação e aplicação prática de trabalhos e pesquisas avançadas de ML em cenários reais do mercado.
  • Inglês avançado para comunicação diária.

  • Mestrado concluído na área de Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou exatas.
  • Cursos de especialização ou pós-graduação focados em Inteligência Artificial / Machine Learning.
