岗位职责（Job Description） 1. 数据集成与接口开发 - 开发和维护业务系统之间的数据接口，通过API、数据库或文件等方式提取数据，实现数据同步、转换与入库。 2. 数据治理功能开发 - 根据业务规则及AI本体的数据要求，开发数据清洗、去重、格式转换、编码映射、跨系统关联及质量校验等功能，提高数据的完整性、一致性和准确性。 3. 数据处理任务维护 - 开发和维护数据处理任务，实现运行日志、异常告警、失败重试等功能，排查数据缺失、重复、同步失败等问题，保障数据处理流程稳定运行。 4. 数据结构与服务开发 - 参与数据库表结构、字段映射及数据字典的设计与维护，开发数据查询、管理页面及服务接口，支持数据治理和下游应用使用。 5. 业务理解与本体映射 - 与业务及技术团队协作，理解数据来源、字段含义和业务口径，按照已确定的本体设计，将各系统数据映射为统一的业务对象、属性和关系。 6. 业务逻辑与建模拓展 - 随着项目推进和能力成长，有机会基于治理后的数据底座，参与业务规则、对象关系、状态流转及相关服务的开发，支持业务建模与AI应用落地。 7. 开发质量与文档维护 - 完成代码调试、必要测试及技术文档编写，维护现有系统；合理使用AI编程工具提升效率，并对交付代码的正确性和可维护性负责。 8. 工作地点：苏州

任职要求（Basic Requirements） 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业，具有 1～3 年软件开发经验； 2. 熟悉 C# 或 Java 其中一种后端技术栈，具备良好的面向对象设计及编码习惯，能够独立完成常规业务功能、接口及数据处理相关开发； 3. 熟悉 SQL，具备一种主流关系型数据库的实际使用经验，如 SQL Server、PostgreSQL、MySQL、Oracle 等，能够独立完成常规数据查询、增删改查及简单报表开发； 4. 了解 JavaScript / TypeScript，能够阅读和维护常规前端代码； 5. 熟悉基于 HTTP 的接口开发及 RESTful API，能够处理 JSON 等常见数据格式，并完成系统接口对接及常见异常排查； 6. 具备良好的代码阅读、调试及问题定位能力，能够维护已有项目，并独立处理常见开发问题； 7. 能够合理使用 AI 编程工具提升开发效率，同时具备独立开发和问题排查能力，能够判断、修改和调试 AI 生成的代码。

优先能力（Preferred Capabilities） 1. 有 ERP 使用、开发、实施或接口集成经验，具有金蝶 ERP 相关经验优先； 2. 了解生产、采购、销售、库存或财务中的一个或多个业务流程优先； 3. 有制造业相关工作经验，医疗器械行业经验优先。
