岗位职责（Job Description） 1. 预算管理：管理业务预算，协助公司目标；通过对关键业绩指标的定期监控，对目标达成过程管理，协助业务线的目标达成； 2. 定期经营&财务分析：定期输出公司的经营分析报告，搭建财务分析模型，就预算、预测、费用管控、现金流等多角度进行分析，发现问题并提出改善建议，为经营决策提供支持； 3. 以财务视角深入项目，理解业务发展动向和需求，对各项目进行事前、事中、事后的跟踪管理。协助梳理业务需求及其财务流程，推动&协助项目进行，提高业务效率；识别和把控财务与税务风险，并及时预警 4. 负责经营数据的质量管理，洞察各类数据偏差原因，积极与业务部门沟通，提出优化建议并持续跟进改进状况，促进信息质量持续提升； 5. 统筹公司全盘财务核算管理，负责总账、应收应付、成本核算、固定资产等各模块账务处理，确保财务数据准确、及时、完整； 6. 负责月度、季度、年度财务报表编制及合并报表工作，定期向管理层及股东汇报财务状况和经营成果； 7. 负责税务管理与筹划，统筹增值税、企业所得税等各税种申报缴纳，合理控制税务成本，防范税务风险； 8. 负责资金管理与现金流预测，统筹资金调度、银行账户管理及融资对接，保障公司资金安全与流动性； 9. 建立健全公司内部控制体系和财务管理制度，完善财务审批流程，识别并防范财务风险与经营风险； 10. 负责财务团队的建设与管理，包括人员招聘、培训、绩效考核及专业能力提升，打造高效财务团队； 11. 对接外部审计机构，统筹年度审计及专项审计工作，协调审计进度，确保审计意见顺利落实； 12. 负责财务信息化建设，推动ERP系统（如SAP/Oracle等）优化与财务流程自动化，提升财务运营效率； 13. 参与公司投融资项目的财务尽职调查、估值分析及风险评估，为战略决策提供财务支持； 14. 工作地点：苏州科技城

任职要求（Basic Requirements） 1. 本科及以上学历，财务管理，会计学等相关专业； 2. 十年以上相关财务工作经验，其中至少五年医疗器械企业相关财务BP岗位经验，有四大会计师事务所审计或咨询背景者优先； 3. 具备3年以上财务团队管理经验，有能力领导和发展财务专业团队； 4. 熟悉财务全流程运作，具备总账（GL）、成本核算（Costing）、应付/应收（AP/AR）、财务计划与分析（FP&A）等模块实操经验；有上市公司年度审计（年审）对接经验； 5. 熟悉ERP系统（如SAP、Oracle、用友、金蝶等）操作，具备财务信息化系统实施或优化经验者优先； 6. 熟悉财经分析方法、工具，具备良好的分析思路和逻辑思维能力； 7. 熟悉医疗器械类企业经营管理流程，熟悉研发与销售等相关业务过程； 8. 有独立搭建财务分析模型、分析架构经验及创新思维的能力，擅长各种管理报表设计，能协调内外部资源协同推进目标实现； 9. 具备优秀的沟通和协调能力，善于与不同层级和部门的人员进行合作和交流，拥有较强的方案汇报能力； 10. 出色的分析能力和解决问题的能力，擅于项目支持，提出财务解决方案支持业务决策。 11. 熟悉中国企业会计准则及国际财务报告准则（IFRS），了解医疗器械行业监管要求及财税政策。

优先能力（Preferred Capabilities） 1. 具备CPA、ACCA、CMA或中级会计师及以上专业资格证书者优先； 2. 有大型企业从业经验者。 3. 有跨国公司或外资企业财务管理经验者优先； 4. 有医疗器械行业研发、生产、销售全流程财务经验者优先； 5. 有上市公司财务报告、合并报表及信息披露经验，或有IPO筹备经验者优先； 6. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能作为工作语言者优先。
