¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos un AI Developer Platform Engineer talentoso y apasionado, que se una al proyecto de una plataforma interna de IA Generativa para la industria Retail de Grupo Falabella. Liderarás el desarrollo de servicios core reutilizables para equipos de producto y negocio, construyendo APIs y componentes que mejoren la experiencia de desarrollo y estandaricen integraciones GenAI. Implementarás flujos escalables integrados con infraestructura cloud, casos de uso como chatbots, generación de contenido, resúmenes, asistentes y enriquecimiento de recomendaciones, asegurando gobierno, observabilidad, seguridad y escalabilidad de la plataforma.

¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en este rol?

  • Técnicos (intermedio): GCP, Go, Python, APIs, Next.js, LLM, Prompt Engineering, Docker, CI/CD. Data Governance (deseable).
  • Habilidades blandas: Pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas; comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y de negocio; capacidad de alinear criterios entre equipos multidisciplinarios; trabajo colaborativo, proactividad, autonomía y adaptabilidad; orientación a resultados.
