Objetivo del Rol En OPTION estamos en búsqueda de un/a Data Analyst Senior para integrarse a un importante proyecto tecnológico junto a CMPC, participando en la construcción de soluciones analíticas que permitan transformar datos en información estratégica para la toma de decisiones.

El desafío principal será desarrollar capacidades analíticas para apoyar áreas de Auditoría, Riesgo y Compliance, mediante la creación de dashboards, definición de indicadores y generación de insights utilizando información centralizada en una plataforma de datos sobre Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Principales desafíos del rol:

  • Levantar requerimientos con usuarios de negocio y traducir necesidades funcionales en soluciones analíticas. Diseñar y construir dashboards utilizando Power BI.
  • Definir, implementar y realizar seguimiento de KPIs e indicadores de gestión.
  • Analizar grandes volúmenes de información para generar insights relevantes para el negocio.
  • Integrar y optimizar el consumo de datos desde GCP hacia Power BI.
  • Validar funcionalmente la información entregada a los usuarios.
  • Trabajar colaborativamente con Data Engineers, equipos técnicos y stakeholders de negocio.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y evolución de las capacidades analíticas. Requisitos técnicos:

  • Python para análisis de datos.
  • Modelado de datos.
  • Calidad de datos.
  • OpenPages (IBM). Buscamos profesionales con:
  • Capacidad de trabajar de manera autónoma y responsable.
  • Orientación al negocio y capacidad para comprender necesidades funcionales.
  • Comunicación efectiva con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos.
  • Proactividad para proponer mejoras y nuevas soluciones.
  • Capacidad para identificar y comunicar riesgos oportunamente.
  • Habilidad para presentar avances parciales y gestionar expectativas.
  • Capacidad analítica para argumentar propuestas basadas en datos. Modalidad y ubicación:
  • Modalidad híbrida: idealmente 3 días presenciales por semana - Santiago de Chile
