¿Qué buscamos?

Estamos en búsqueda de un Data Scientist con pasión por los datos, la estadística y la inteligencia artificial, para integrarse a nuestro equipo de Datos. Esta persona será clave en el desarrollo de soluciones avanzadas para diferentes rubros e industrias, generando impacto directo en procesos operacionales complejos.

Objetivo del cargo:

Aplicar técnicas de modelado estadístico, machine learning e inferencia causal para diseñar soluciones analíticas que optimicen procesos estratégicos y operacionales, comunicando hallazgos de forma efectiva a stakeholders técnicos y de negocio.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Desarrollar modelos de machine learning, inferencia causal y análisis de series temporales para resolver desafíos de planificación y predicción.
  • Preparar y transformar datos utilizando Python, SQL y herramientas de limpieza y análisis exploratorio.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas A/B, evaluando impacto estadístico con metodologías robustas.
  • Crear visualizaciones e informes analíticos utilizando Júpiter Notebooks, R, Excel u otras herramientas.
  • Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería, negocio y analítica, aplicando buenas prácticas de versionamiento (Git) y despliegue.

Requisitos técnicos (Hard Skills):

  • Lenguajes y herramientas: Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn), R, SQL, Jupyter Notebooks, R Studio.
  • Modelos y técnicas: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Inferencia Causal, NLP (Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural), Time Series Analysis, A/B Testing.
  • Visualización y análisis: Matplotlib, Seaborn, Excel, Google Analytics.
  • Data Engineering: Data Cleaning, Feature Engineering, gestión de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experiencia deseable en Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, AI Platform, Data Studio).
  • Herramientas adicionales: Git para control de versiones, GitHub, colaboración con notebooks compartidos.

Habilidades blandas (Soft Skills):

  • Capacidad analítica y pensamiento crítico orientado a resultados
  • Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y no técnicos
  • Curiosidad intelectual y orientación al aprendizaje continuo
  • Proactividad, autonomía y foco en la resolución de problemas reales
  • Adaptabilidad a entornos dinámicos, iterativos y con múltiples stakeholders

Requisitos adicionales:

  • Experiencia mínima: Mayor a 3 años en proyectos de ciencia de datos aplicada.
  • Educación: Título universitario en Ingeniería, Ciencias Exactas, Matemáticas, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Certificaciones valoradas: Cursos o certificaciones en Machine Learning, NLP, Deep Learning o especialización en análisis estadístico.
  • Idioma: Español Nativo (obligatorio), Inglés Técnico (Intermedio - Avanzado)
