¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos un Data Scientist talentoso y apasionado, que se una a nuestro equipo para habilitar decisiones de producto, negocio y operación mediante el diseño, desarrollo e integración de soluciones analíticas y de machine learning end-to-end. Operarás en la intersección entre analítica, ingeniería y negocio, asegurando rigurosidad metodológica, trazabilidad y uso responsable de los datos para generar impacto verificable dentro de un squad, dominio o journey. En contextos donde se requiera, podrás ejercer un rol de referente técnico y metodológico para otros Data Scientists, a través de mentoring e influencia.

¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en este rol?

  • Experiencia sólida en SQL y Python (Pandas, Polars, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels).
  • Conocimientos en estadística, inferencia causal y experimentación (A/B testing).
  • Experiencia en modelamiento predictivo y machine learning, con despliegue de soluciones (MLflow, Docker).
  • Manejo de BigQuery y herramientas de BI (Looker Studio).
  • Capacidad para traducir problemas de negocio en problemas analíticos y definir métricas de producto.
  • Pensamiento crítico, storytelling con datos e influencia sobre decisiones de negocio.
  • Ownership orientado a resultados y colaboración con otros equipos de Data Science.
  • Suma puntos: experiencia con IA responsable y evaluación de LLMs.
