¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos un Desarrollador SAP SuccessFactors. Trabajarás en el desarrollo de soluciones Full Stack con fuerte orientación Backend e integraciones SAP, enfocadas principalmente en procesos de selección y en el ecosistema SAP. Diseñarás soluciones end-to-end, levantarás requerimientos técnicos, identificarás riesgos y propondrás alternativas de solución, colaborando de forma transversal con otros squads.

¿Qué necesitas para tener éxito en este rol?

  • Java / Desarrollo Backend nivel intermedio.
  • APIs REST / SOAP nivel avanzado.
  • Angular, GCP, SAP SuccessFactors y SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) nivel intermedio.
  • Integraciones SAP nivel intermedio.
  • Git y Docker nivel intermedio.
  • Deseable: Employee Central, desarrollo con IA y Agentic AI (MCPs).
  • Proactividad, iniciativa y capacidad para levantar riesgos y anticipar problemas.
  • Pensamiento crítico, orientación a la solución y autonomía.
  • Capacidad para proponer mejoras y comunicarte con distintos equipos.
  • Orientación al negocio.
  • Certificación en SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Inglés nivel intermedio (escrito y hablado).
