¿Qué buscamos?

Estamos en búsqueda de un Machine Learning Engineer talentoso y apasionado por conectar la ciencia de datos con el mundo real. Serás parte de nuestro equipo de Analítica Avanzada, trabajando estrechamente con Data Scientists, DevOps y otros stakeholders para impulsar la cultura MLOps en la organización. Tu misión será disponibilizar modelos en ambientes escalables, automatizar procesos de despliegue y monitoreo, capturar su comportamiento en producción, generando verdadero impacto desde el dato hasta la decisión.

Objetivo del cargo:

Implementar soluciones de Machine Learning escalables y automatizadas, desarrollando pipelines de entrenamiento y despliegue continuo de modelos, integrando servicios cloud y herramientas de MLOps para garantizar calidad, eficiencia y trazabilidad en ambientes productivos.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Desarrollar pipelines de ML utilizando Python y herramientas como MLflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker o Azure Machine Learning para entrenamiento, validación y despliegue continuo de modelos.
  • Diseñar y mantener microservicios y APIs de inferencia utilizando frameworks como FastAPI o Flask, integrados con pipelines CI/CD (CloudBees, Jenkins).
  • Automatizar la infraestructura cloud (GCP, AWS, Azure) utilizando Terraform y prácticas de Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Orquestar ambientes productivos mediante contenedores Docker y Kubernetes, asegurando alta disponibilidad, performance y escalabilidad.
  • Implementar testing automatizado (TDD) y monitoreo de modelos (drift, accuracy, latencia), conectando las predicciones con datos del mundo real.

Requisitos técnicos (Hard Skills):

  • Lenguajes de programación: Python (avanzado).
  • Desarrollo Backend: FastAPI, Flask, desarrollo de APIs y microservicios
  • MLOps y herramientas ML: MLflow, Vertex AI (GCP), SageMaker (AWS), Azure Machine Learning, TFX, Kubeflow.
  • Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI, Datastore, EventArc), Amazon Web Services (Lambda, SQS/SNS, SageMaker, Fargate, Beanstalk, DynamoDB, EventBridge), Microsoft Azure (Azure Machine Learning, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Event Grid, Azure Blob Storage, Cosmos DB).
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, CloudBees, GitHub Actions.
  • Infraestructura como código: Terraform.
  • Contenedores y orquestación: Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Bases de datos: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cosmos DB.
  • Testing: Test Driven Development (TDD).

Habilidades blandas (Soft Skills):

  • Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y no técnicos.
  • Trabajo en equipo y colaboración en entornos multidisciplinarios.
  • Autonomía y capacidad de autogestión.
  • Curiosidad tecnológica y mentalidad de mejora continua.
  • Capacidad para resolver problemas complejos con pensamiento crítico.

Requisitos adicionales:

  • Experiencia mínima: Mayor a 4 años en roles relacionados a Machine Learning Engineering o MLOps.
  • Educación: Título universitario en Ingeniería Informática, Ciencias de la Computación, Matemáticas, Estadística o carreras afines.
  • Certificaciones valoradas: Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Certificación en MLOps (Kubeflow, MLflow u otras).
  • Idioma: Español Nativo (obligatorio), Inglés Técnico (Intermedio - Avanzado)
