Descripción de la vacante:

Buscamos un(a) líder comercial de alto desempeño para asumir la dirección estratégica de la función comercial de un grupo empresarial multinacional en crecimiento, con operaciones vinculadas a publicidad, tecnología y programación.

Su principal misión será liderar la transformación y escalabilidad de la organización comercial, fortaleciendo las capacidades actuales, profesionalizando la gestión y preparando al grupo para una expansión sostenible en nuevos mercados de Latinoamérica. Esta posición tendrá un rol clave en la definición de la estrategia de crecimiento regional, el desarrollo de nuevos negocios y la consolidación de relaciones comerciales de alto impacto.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar la estrategia comercial regional, alineando los objetivos de crecimiento, rentabilidad y expansión de las diferentes unidades de negocio en Latinoamérica.
  • Liderar la profesionalización de la gestión comercial, estableciendo procesos, metodologías, indicadores de desempeño (KPIs), mecanismos de seguimiento y estándares de excelencia operativa.
  • Identificar, evaluar y liderar la apertura de operaciones comerciales en nuevos países, analizando oportunidades de mercado, viabilidad financiera, riesgos y capacidades organizacionales.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de generación de ingresos y crecimiento de cartera en servicios relacionados con publicidad, tecnología, marketing digital y contenidos.
  • Fortalecer y expandir las relaciones con clientes estratégicos, socios comerciales y actores clave de la industria.
  • Monitorear tendencias de mercado, competencia y oportunidades emergentes para impulsar la innovación comercial y la expansión regional.

Requisitos:

  • Más de 12 años de experiencia en posiciones comerciales, con al menos 5 años liderando operaciones comerciales regionales en Latinoamérica.
  • Experiencia comprobada dirigiendo integralmente áreas comerciales de mediana o gran escala, incluyendo estrategia, ejecución, desarrollo de equipos y gestión de resultados.
  • Historial exitoso en apertura de mercados, expansión regional o lanzamiento de operaciones comerciales en diferentes países de Latinoamérica.
  • Experiencia desarrollando relaciones corporativas de alto nivel y negociaciones complejas con clientes estratégicos.
  • Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés (indispensable).
  • Visa estadounidense vigente y disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes dentro y fuera de la región.
  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Economía o carreras afines con Maestría en Administración de Empresas (MBA) o estudios de posgrado relacionados.
