Descripción de la vacante:

Buscamos un profesional que lidere y fortalezca la estrategia de atracción de talento para posiciones administrativas. Será responsable de optimizar los procesos de reclutamiento y selección, implementar nuevas fuentes de talento y promover iniciativas innovadoras apoyadas en tecnología y análisis de datos para garantizar la cobertura oportuna de vacantes clave.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de atracción de talento alineadas con las necesidades del negocio.
  • Analizar indicadores y resultados del área para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Utilizar herramientas tecnológicas para optimizar los procesos de selección y seguimiento de candidatos.
  • Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones con universidades, instituciones educativas y otras fuentes de talento.
  • Proponer e implementar mejoras continuas que incrementen la efectividad del proceso de atracción de talento.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Psicología Industrial, Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
  • Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en reclutamiento y atracción de talento.
  • Experiencia en diseño e implementación de estrategias de reclutamiento y mejora de procesos.
  • Dominio de Excel, Power BI y plataformas tecnológicas de gestión de talento.
  • Experiencia en el uso de sistemas ATS, SAP u otras plataformas de gestión de talento.
