Descripción de la vacante:

Buscamos un(a) profesional con sólida experiencia en posiciones de alta dirección para liderar la estrategia, operación y gestión integral de una empresa de distribución y comercialización. Será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento sostenible del negocio, fortalecer la gestión organizacional y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros y comerciales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Dirigir la estrategia corporativa y la operación general de la organización, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio.
  • Asegurar una gestión eficiente de los recursos financieros, administrativos y operativos.
  • Liderar, desarrollar y supervisar al equipos, promoviendo una cultura orientada a resultados, desempeño y mejora continua.
  • Establecer indicadores de gestión y mecanismos de seguimiento para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
  • Liderar negociaciones y relaciones comerciales con clientes, proveedores e instituciones del sector público y privado.
  • Fortalecer los procesos de institucionalización, gobierno corporativo y desarrollo organizacional.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín, deseable estudios de maestría (MBA o especialización relacionada).
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de dirección o gerencia general.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionando áreas funcionales diversas.
  • Experiencia en negociaciones y gestión comercial con instituciones del sector público.
  • Conocimientos en planificación estratégica, gestión financiera y desarrollo organizacional.
  • Experiencia en procesos de institucionalización, gobierno corporativo o transformación empresarial será altamente valorada.
