Descripción de la vacante:

Buscamos un(a) Gerente de Mercadeo con experiencia en el sector retail para liderar la estrategia comercial y de posicionamiento de marca. Será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento de las ventas, fortalecer la presencia de la marca, apoyar procesos de expansión y garantizar una gestión eficiente de la inversión en mercadeo mediante indicadores de desempeño y rentabilidad.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de mercadeo alineada con los objetivos de crecimiento del negocio.
  • Liderar campañas de posicionamiento de marca y generación de ventas.
  • Planificar y coordinar estrategias de mercadeo para nuevas aperturas y proyectos de expansión.
  • Administrar y optimizar el presupuesto del área, asegurando una adecuada medición del retorno de inversión (ROI) y ROAS.
  • Dirigir, desarrollar y fortalecer al equipo de mercadeo, promoviendo una cultura orientada a resultados.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones como Gerente de mercadeo, Marketing manager o roles similares en empresas de retail con operaciones multitienda.
  • Sólida experiencia en posicionamiento de marca, estrategias de ventas y ejecución de campañas comerciales.
  • Experiencia en gestión de presupuestos, análisis de indicadores y evaluación de desempeño de campañas.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos y desarrollando procesos del área.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas a puntos de venta y proyectos de expansión.
  • Vehículo propio en buen estado.
